By developing new processes for the removal of asbestos, we have built up genuine expertise in surface stripping, in particular the stripping of asbestos and lead paint, as well as in anti-corrosion or intumescent repainting.

Using our own equipment, we offer effective solutions for treating polluted or unpolluted surfaces, on site or in our Facilities Classified for Environmental Protection (ICPE).
We are also able to provide comprehensive services by taking care of your coating or paint application needs, with the help of our ACQPA-certified employees, on infrastructures, equipment or materials.
Stripping with Ultra High Pressure (UHP) water jet
In UHP technology, water is projected using a lance guided by an operator or robot.
DI Environnement has 5 UHP FLOW pumps with Caterpillar C9275KW engines capable of providing pressures of up to 3800 bar, as well as the Hydrocat robot, enabling remote control and waste management by suction at source and continuous treatment.
We have also designed a water filtration plant equipped with a device that can treat with 2 filtration thresholds simultaneously, offering a capacity of 10m3 per hour.
Aerogumming
A recognised expert in sandblasting and shotblasting for asbestos removal, lead removal and surface treatment, DI Environnement operates independently with a fleet of over 30 compressed-air units (low-pressure sandblasters).
It has also developed mobile suction and combined shot recycling units, as well as large-capacity remote bagging systems to optimise waste collection and removal from the area.
We adapt our process to each operation, using different recycling methods and abrasives, such as shot, garnet, bicarbonate, sedaver, corundum, glass beads, olivine and walnut shells, sponge-jet or cryogenics, depending on the materials and the finish requested.
